I’ve loved this theme on the first time I saw it when creating WordPress.com blog. I had to go search for the downloadable version and I’ve found out this site. It’s really nice.

Hi, just curious what the plugin is showing themes at the top with the nice jquery(ish) pop-up. Looks great. Might give blue snail a go too.
